SYSTEM BOUNDARY

The operational system remains operational.

The originating platform retains responsibility for its commercial operations. EventFlow FE S acquires the information required for fiscal execution and manages the corresponding electronic invoicing lifecycle.

Commercial operation

Orders, payments, customers, products and the originating business workflow remain under the responsibility of the connected operational system.

Fiscal execution

EventFlow FE S determines fiscal eligibility, acquires the required fiscal information and executes the electronic invoicing lifecycle defined for the integration.

FISCAL BOUNDARY

Commercial events and fiscal authority results are different facts.

A commercial event may make an operation eligible for fiscal processing. It does not establish a fiscal authority result. Electronic document generation and transmission also precede the authority result.

EventFlow FE S maintains operational state, fiscal artifacts and authority results as distinct information throughout the fiscal lifecycle.

FIRST INTEGRATION

EventFlow FE S for WooCommerce

Fiscal integration infrastructure for WooCommerce and Paraguay’s SIFEN electronic invoicing ecosystem.

EventFlow FE S for WooCommerce connects eligible WooCommerce operations with SIFEN. WooCommerce retains the commercial lifecycle; EventFlow FE S executes the corresponding fiscal lifecycle.

The integration covers fiscal identity, tax interpretation, electronic document construction, CDC generation, local digital signing, QR generation, SIFEN interoperability, authority-result processing, fiscal persistence and document representation.

AVAILABLE PRODUCTS

Two independent WooCommerce products.

EventFlow FE S for WooCommerce currently comprises two independent products with different SIFEN environments and operational scopes.

Production

WordPress.org Distribution

Supports implementation, integration testing, troubleshooting and validation of WooCommerce electronic invoicing against the official SIFEN TEST environment.

It executes the complete fiscal workflow defined for this environment and is fully functional within that scope, without expiration or usage limits.

The product is distributed through the WordPress Plugin Directory.

Production

Commercial Distribution

Supports operational electronic invoicing for WooCommerce against the SIFEN PROD environment.

It provides the production fiscal execution path for eligible WooCommerce operations, including electronic document construction, local digital signing, SIFEN interoperability, authority-result processing and document delivery.

It has its own release and distribution lifecycle.

The Commercial Distribution is not a licensed activation of dormant PROD functionality in the WordPress.org Distribution. The two products are independently distributed and operate within their respective declared fiscal environments.

EXTENSIBLE INTEGRATION MODEL

WooCommerce is the first operational environment.

The same fiscal integration model can support additional commerce, ERP and operational environments through platform-specific EventFlow FE S products.
