Conformance Scope
Conformance is evaluated within the documented scope of EventFlow FE. It concerns the behavior, boundaries and guarantees explicitly represented by the applicable technical documentation and the fiscal requirements relevant to the documented product state.

Conformance Principle
Conformance is evaluated against documented public behavior and applicable fiscal requirements, not against undocumented internal implementation details.
Internal implementation may evolve without changing conformance when the documented behavior, responsibility boundaries and applicable guarantees remain preserved.
Evidence Basis
Conformance claims are supported by documented product behavior and, where applicable, by exercised production validation.
Fiscal Authority Boundary
SIFEN determines the fiscal authority outcome. EventFlow FE represents and processes that outcome within its documented fiscal lifecycle.
Operational Conformance
Operational conformance concerns the guarantees documented by EventFlow FE for the exercised conditions, including recovery, idempotency, isolation and durable continuity.
Conformance Statement
For the documented product state, EventFlow FE conforms to the applicable public technical behavior, responsibility boundaries and guarantees defined by this documentation. Production-validated properties are supported by the exercised conditions recorded in Production Validation. Fiscal authority decisions remain exclusively determined by SIFEN.
